01 · Challenge

The problem on the ground

Read the full brief

Existing launchpad solutions lacked enterprise-grade KYC/AML compliance, suffered from RPC node connection timeouts during high-traffic token sales, and had complex UI friction.

02 · Solution

How we engineered it

Read the approach

Architected a Next.js web application integrated with Wagmi, Ethers.js, automated SumSub KYC verification, and redundant RPC provider fallback clusters.

Web3 Frontend: React/Next.js interface with stateful wallet session persistence.
Multi-RPC Fallback: Connected Alchemy, QuickNode, and Infura fallback nodes for zero-downtime minting.
KYC/AML Automation: Integrated API hooks for instant investor identity verification.
Smart Contract Hooks: Event listeners tracking token allocations, vesting schedules, and claims.

What changed for the client

See the outcomes
Processed over $10M in token sales across multiple high-traffic launch events.
Handled over 50,000 concurrent wallet connections without downtime.
Achieved 100% compliance with international investor onboarding regulations.
Reduced user transaction failure rates to under 0.01%.

Technical Q&A

How were RPC node failures prevented during gas wars?

We implemented an RPC provider failover array using Wagmi fallback providers, automatically routing traffic to secondary nodes if primary latency exceeded 500ms.

How is investor KYC handled on-chain?

KYC verification is completed off-chain via automated identity APIs, which issue cryptographically signed attestations that investors submit when calling smart contract buy functions.
